Course Overview
This QQI micro-credential programme is designed to meet a growing industry demand for increased knowledge and competence of digitisation, with a particular focus on management of data through statistics, data analysis and visualisation.
The programme will provide learners with foundational knowledge that develops graduates’ capabilities to keep pace with rapidly occuring changes in the nature of operators’ work in advanced
manufacturing settings.
The modules, which include Fundamentals of Maths & Statistics, Data Analysis and Visualisation and Industrial Statistics, will prepare learners to work in advanced manufacturing settings.
Accreditation: QQI Level 6 Special Purpose Award in Data Visualisation and Analysis (25 ECTS)

Course Outline
The course duration is 5 months. The programme is delivered in a blended format, with online lectures during the week. Saturday lectures are a blend of classroom and online. (ECTS: 25 Credits)

Entry Requirements
This course is suitable for those with a minimum qualification at H7/O6 in five Leaving Certificate subjects or equivalent (including Maths). Proficiency in English Language Required. (B2+ level or equivalent on the Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR).

Progression
Learners may complete additional Innopharma Education QQI Micro-Credential programmes and work towards completing a Level Certificate in Operational Excellence for Digitisation (Minor Award with 60 ECTS) or Level 6 Certificate in Information Technology for Digitisation (Minor Award with 60 ECTS) or Level 6 Higher Certificate in Process Digitisation (120 ECTS).
