With an ongoing talent shortage in Irish Pharma, the right upskilling programmes are even more important. Finding the right people with the right skills and qualifications is a constant struggle for Ireland’s booming pharmaceuticals industry. We help teams to acquire the skills they need to grow and develop, so you have people ready to step into new roles as needed.
Our courses are designed for people in full-time employment, meaning minimum disruption and time-off for managers and leaders who are against tight production deadlines. All of our programmes offer a blended learning approach, with lectures available online during the week, and some practical labs delivered at weekends (typically 1 – 2 Saturdays per month, depending on the course level).
